 This project was all about maximising the space available, in order to do this QMC extended over the garage of this 5 bedroom house to add a dining space to the kitchen area which lead onto a terrace. The opportunity to extend was due to the excessive floor to ceiling height in the garage which allowed us to extend the kitchen floor into the garage area while still keeping a useable garage & store room. QMC managed the engineering process & all permissions for the property. The clients wanted a light and minimal space so we created a very clean lined white space with turquoise worktops & bespoke wine storage as part of the breakfast bar area. |
